REFUNDS/RETURNS

Due to the nature of our product, we are currently not accepting returns/exchanges. Based on COVID 19 and also to ensure the highest level of security, refunds will not be available unless in exceptional circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Amoke Ade Hair does not ship to international post boxes or mailing centres; we require a physical address for all orders. Please note that customs fees may apply and some countries may put a tax on orders that come into their country. These fees will be the responsibility of our customers.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

Due to all our orders being trackable, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Unfortunately, we cannot process order cancellations at this time. We begin to process orders once they are received in our system to ensure accuracy for our customers.
