  • What Does Made To Order Mean?
    • At Amoke Ade Hair, our products are made to order, meaning your order is prepared specifically for you based on the options and preferences you select.
    • When placing your order, you can select your preferred length, texture, colour, lace type, lace size, double drawn option and other available customizations
    • Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your hair according to your selections.
    • With our made to order production, you get the freedom to create a unit that is tailored to your preferences.
  • What Does Ready To Ship Mean?
    • Ready to ship units are already made and available on hand to be shipped to you.
    • The units are already constructed, and you can receive your order without waiting for it to be made from scratch.


YOUR AMOKE ADE HAIR ORDER: WHAT TO EXPECT.

    • You will be able to select the options available for your chosen product, such as your preferred length, texture, colour, lace type, etc. Take your time when making your selections. If you are unsure about an option, our Hair Explained guides are here to help, and you can always reach out to us on WhatsApp.
    • Once you have selected your options, add your item to your cart and complete your order through our website. Please double-check your selections before placing your order, particularly your length, colour, texture and lace options.
    • Then we get to work and begin preparing your order according to the selections you made. This is where your order goes from a collection of options on a screen to your actual hair unit.
    • Once your order has been completed and is ready to leave us, it will be packaged and prepared for delivery. You will receive all the relevant order confirmation and shipping information once your order has been dispatched.
  • A Note About Processing Time.
    • Because our Made to Order products are prepared specifically for each customer, they require processing time before they are shipped.
    • Our processing time is  5-12 business days. Please allow us this time to make sure your order is properly packed and double-checked for quality.
    • Processing time is separate from shipping time, so please take both into consideration when planning for your order.


CUSTOMIZED ORDERS: HOW IT WORKS.

    • Sometimes you have a specific vision that does not fit neatly into the options available on our website, and that is where our customized orders come in.
    • Our customized ordering process allows you to work with us to create a look based on your specific preferences.
    • Depending on what you are looking for, you may be able to customize things such as:
      • A specific colour or colour combination
      • Highlights or colour placement
      • A particular texture
      • Your preferred lace option
      • A combination of different options
      • A look inspired by a photo or reference
    • If you have a particular look in mind, send us your inspiration. A photo or video reference can be especially helpful when you are trying to achieve a specific colour, texture or style.
  • How To Place A Customized Order.
    • Send us a message on WhatsApp to tell us what you are looking for and include any inspiration photos or videos that may help us understand your vision.
    • We will let you know what is possible, what we recommend and whether any additional customization or costs apply.
    • Once we have agreed on the details of your order, we will confirm the final specifications and pricing with you. We will send you an order confirmation and invoice for payment.
    • Once your order has been confirmed, we will begin creating your customized piece according to the agreed specifications.
